[GAMEPLAY] Ascension - Xerath not spawning

Problem: After getting a killing blow on Xerath by any summoned creatures(such as Mordekaiser ult ghost/Yorick ult ghost), Xerath stops spawning anymore.

How to reproduce: The owner of the creature should get the credit of killing blow when the creature actually gets killing blow on Xerath
