[client] Stuck at 33%

My client is stuck at 33% Indefinitely So far i've tried the following:

Restarted Client Restarted computer Manual shutdown of all firewalls/anti virus programs Also anytime i close the client I get a bugsplat thing

I do have a wired connection on this computer but my laptop is working fine and is downloading off of my wifi so it has to be my computer right?

Please help me my client
