Why can't I open my chest?

It has been almost a month of playing. I have earned 6 key fragments and forged them into 2 keys. Thus far, I am unable to open a chest. The chest icon reads "open (0)." My cursor does not recognize the chest as something to click on. Why am I not able to open a chest and earn my rewards?

Just because you have keys does not mean you have chests. The "Open (0)" means you have 0 chests to open at this time. you can buy chests that don't come with keys or earn chests with a S- or better ranking
