Dear Riot,

A would report you a bug. I played Zed in solo q ranked, i killed Lulu with a blue buff on her. A few minutes later i realized i have a blue buff on me, but there was no remaining time on it... I don't know what cause this bug.

If it was actually working it would make your energy regen to 16. Yours is 10 meaning it is just visual.

This is a visual bug as your energy regen is still +10 per second instead of +18 per second (+18 means you have blue buff.)
