Fizz jump stopped working.

This was in all for one event. I used e to jump over the wall into dragon pit and then died to a brand ultimate after re spawning i was unable to use my e anymore. During a fight it still was not available. My team mates suggested trying to die in hopes to reset it thus i went over to baron and started fighting him. After i lost half my hp i was able to use e again then the enemy team surrendered so i was not sure if it was fixed or just temporarily able to. this is a list of the items i had at the time i was also lvl 10 with more then one point into my e ability.
