S on Aurelio Sol and no Token (GAMEPLAY)

I have played the Poro King and earned an S on Aurelio Sol twice and didn't get the token. My Aurelio Sol is on mastery level 6 and want to convert to mastery level 7. How do I report this bug?

Not a bug, special map won't provvide token ( but they gives chest, and not even all of them, and key ) .... too easy to pick S with aur on poro king
