[GAMEPLAY] Leaver Buster Bug with Team Builder

Here's a potential bug to Leaver Buster that i found out.

-Steps:

1.get into low priority queue (which you get when afk or quit games)

2.try to join queue, you should see that you will receive a time penalty around 5 to 20 min.

(Step 3 and 4 is optional)

3.Play a low priority queued game

4.There will be a popped out window after you finish the game telling you that you have completed one of the many games you need to play in order to get out of low priority queue

5.Now go join queue using team builder

6.Get everyone on your team to ready.

7.Tell the team leader to start the match.

8.You will find out that the team will not punished by the time penalty and will immediately join queue.

9.Finish the Team builder game.

10.You should see a popped out window saying that you completed one of the many games you need to play in order to get out of low priority queue, even though you and your team did not get punished by the time penalty.

Summary: So what I am trying to say is that if a player that is in low priority queue joins queue using team builder, not only that the player, and the player's team, will not receive the time penalty of leaver buster system, and also, if the player completes the match, it is counted as one of the games the player has to play in order to get out of low priority queue. I've seen many people doing that, including myself (SORRY RITO), but I have decided to post this to help punish the ones that need to be punished. Hate me if you want to players I dont care.
