Vi Q broke entire match

i was playing an aram with vi and i went to Q and got stunned by TF i think and made my Q unusable entire match. there was a clicking noise like the key was unassigned so i reset key bindings but that did not fix. after game ended i started a custom game to see if it was my keyboard or computer but it worked first try. just thought id be a good samaritan and tell you folks
