Installation problem detected

I logged onto my account and even started up in a match only for it to suddenly stop on the load screen and revert back to the client with this text:

"Sorry! We've detected a problem with your installation. We will now attempt to repair the affected files."

Now I have a wrench on the load screen. When it does "Fix it" it ends up happening every few games.

Is anyone else having this issue and has anyone found an actual fix for this?
