Bug with chat

Was watching their stream when i noticed they messaged me back but it didn't get sent to me... I wonder how much messages people didn't get cause of this... Hope riot can fix this, even if it may seem like a small problem.

Edit: I did check the mobile app and the new client, their messages didn't get sent to me at all.
