Gameplay - Grievous Wound bodyblock

I've had problems with movement in the last few matches, like i was blocked by a minion or something, but couldn't figure out why till i noticed i had Grievous Wound on me, and as soon as the ailment wore off the "block" did too. anybody else got this problem?
