[Gameplay] Jumps not working right

As a Zac player I have had this issue constantly where while you are mid air from his elastic slingshot you still git things on the ground such as teemo shrooms, caitlyn traps, etc. This issue is really frustrating when you land the slingshot but are rooted from a trap you fly over and can not follow up. from what I have seen this also happens with tristana jump also.
