when league loves you and refuses to let you lock in your champion while in rank

I love how league just said to me that "oops there is a problem with lock in the champion" and I have good wifi network and just punished me for not selecting the champion. League doesn't do that when you have a bad team in rank but only does when you have a good team lmao.
