[GAMEPLAY] Rain of Bullets Heals Galio (a LOT) with bulwark up

When Galio has Bulwark up, Rain of Bullets heals him. And not just a little. I mean he'll go from 5% to 100%. Even as an AP Miss Fortune. Tested this numerous times, it never failed to be reproduced. Simply have Galio cast bulwark on himself, while low on health, then cast rain of bullets on him. He doesn't even need much ability power, he can be full tank (granted, that still gives him a moderate amount of ability power).

Can be fixed by making Bulwark heal only once from each source, I would suggest. It seems since Bulwark heals with each time being hit, that Bulwark heals him about a dozen times, but even as ability power MF, each tick of Rain of Bullets does very little damage - so he heals up instead of being hurt.
