Big bug

so, i was playing ranked, i only needed this game to get to my promos, and,i don't know why, when the game started I and the rest of my team and the enemy team did not have health bars ... not to talk about the fact that i couldn't see the stats ... I was also incapable of communicating with my team members, and at about 15 minutes, my game crashed and forced me to turn off my computer. When I returned to the game everything seemed okay, but i couldn't also talk ... at the end of the game I couldn't also communicate with the other. I lost a ranked game because of this huge bug.
