Bug with fiddle silence and rek'Sai bump

Hi everyone!!! I was playing on Aram as Rek'sai. When fiddlestick use his crow, there is a silence; but when after more than 5 seconds i tryed to bump him, nothing happen and the champion stay under the ground, without being able to move. Is that a general bug? thx for reading it!
