Unplayable Framerate drops

Ever since patch dropped every 10 seconds or so my FPS drops to 1 for 3-5 seconds this makes the game unplayable and needs to be addressed.

I have the same issue. I7 cpu. 180+ frame rate before patch, now I get sever framerate drops. It gets progressively worse as I play. Eventually it becomes unplayable. First game its 1 per 3 minutes. Gets worse and worse.

Have you tried updating to the newest Windows version yet? May sound dumb, but that fixed it for the most part. I just tested it myself and went from 2-18 Frames back to 60+ for the most part. Even though I had up to 80+ before 9.22 :/ Better than nothing though.

If you already received the November Update, run Windows update again, you may receive follow up patches that fix one thing or two.

i was having stutters as well until i used task manager to close blitz completely. no lag after. if you use blitz app try to close it.
