[GAMEPLAY] Ivern smite puts him in combat

Was playing a custom game to try something out with Ivern and noticed that if you smite jungle camps (gromp, blue, krugs, etc.) that it puts him in combat (mobility boots loses it's movement speed) but if you smite Scuttle, it does not put him in combat, thus his mobility boots remain at 115 movement speed. I tried numerous times. I did it immediately after creating a grove on a camp and even after it the grove had been completed, the results were still the same. I don't know if this is intentional or not (maybe I just don't understand the game well enough!) but I feel like since Ivern doesn't actually ever fight the camps, it should never put him in combat in the first place (i.e. smiting the scuttle crab!). Had 100% success rate though I only tried about 12ish times.

Steps:

1. Pick Ivern
2. Buy Mobility Boots
3. Smite any jungle camp that has a grove in progress or completed, doesn't matter which
4. You're slower now!
5. Be out of combat
6. Smite Scuttle Crab
7. You didn't lose movement speed!
