Game freezes at 100% when loading in

I had this issue of the game freezing on me on the last two games I've played during ranked matches. I'll be in the loading screen and it will hit 100% and the game freezes. My ping is ok at 67 most times and every once in a while it will drop to 50 so it is not my connection. I usually have to completely close out of client and game to start fresh but it takes me about 3-7 minutes. It some times won't even let me close the game unless I put it in a virtual desktop. It just freezes the whole screen even if I try to open my command center or task manager. I've lost about 40 LP this way due to this issue. Any ideas on why this has been happening to me for the past two weeks?
