[GAMEPLAY] Poppy considered ranged for Kalista's ultimate

When Kalista throws Poppy into an enemy champion and Poppy's passive is available, Poppy will be knocked away from the target champion as if she were a ranged champion. This is generally inconvenient for Poppy and is probably not the intended behaviour.
