champion select after game freeze

so Iam going from lvl 5 to lvl 6 feeling good after a good game and then Iam rewarded with a new champion so I thought cool I will get Garen now but when I go to select under veiw abilities the writing disappear and the only way to veiw the select is by going to where the champion name is, now thats completely fine I thought I dont need the champion but every time i log in iam confronted with the same screen page and can't do anything at all.

any help pls
