[GAMEPLAY] Warwicks q damage is critically reduced

Warwicks q should deal 75/125/175/225/275 (+100% Ability Power) and 8/10/12/14/16% (+100% Ability Power) of the target's maximum Health as magic damage. So if you have 500 ability power, you should deal 500% (+% per skill) of the target's maximum Health (+ flat damage). So you should be able to kill enemy 5 times with one q (not counting his magic resist), but instead q deals only few hundreads damage. So you should reduce skill ability power %, or make damage real (though that would be insane).
