Not getting mastery tokens.

So I got 2 games where i get s- or higher on a champ that has lvl 5 mastery, first was as warwick, got a chest, but seasonel best is still only a+ and no token, was not playing with any friends that game in accension. Other game I got S as Sion, and once again no token also in accension. Its hard enough geting one token for Sion, dont need bugs making it even harder, already had 1 token, was exited that i got a second. Is it even a bug or is accension not a valid game mode to get tokens?

EDIT: Second gamei get s- still in accension as warwick, now its shows in collections and champions that i did get s- as warwick, but still no token, thats 3 tokens i did not recieve.
