[client bug] windows+up makes client stuck

Running a dual monitor set up on windows 8.1 Bug is easily executable, no windows+arrows will change/move the window. Closing the client and logging back on will fix the problem. Queueing into a game fixes the window also when the Accept/Decline window pops up. Also using AutoHotKey bind for the windows key if that is helpful.
