Loot Bug: Mouse Drivers *poop*

This has only happened one time, and I haven't yet replicated it, but

**the first time I was awarded a chest for in-game 5-man play, my mouse driver went out. **

I've never had this problem and I have been playing this rig for almost a year now. I've played hundreds of games, had bugsplats, had normal issues, but this was not normal. And of course, the only thing I can attribute it to is the new loot system :(

Symptoms and Steps Taken:

1. mouse disappeared
2. ALT-TAB takes me to desktop without issue
3. If I click on anything, the mouse snaps to top-right corner and won't move.
4. If I switch back to LoL, then the mouse snaps to center of the screen and won't move away. It flickers in the direction I'm trying to go, but resets to middle of screen every time.
5. Tried to unplug the mouse, plug back in - no change.
6. I could not click anything successfully. Had to use the keyboard and shut down.
7. Of course, I didn't learn that I had been awarded a chest until I logged back in.

Has anyone else had this bug?
