Client will not show champ select when entering a game, forcing me to dodge.

This has happened to me three times in a row when queuing up for season 9 ranked. I am with a friend and he tells me it shows me in the lobby but i cannot see it. I am re-patching at the moment and my friends telling me we have a 35 minute wait to join a que. This is very annoying and would like so report this. [sg-zephyr]
