Load Screen Bug

Already submitted a bug report but upon trying to load into my ranked my game i was hit with a system error prompt. Could not access my desktop or any other programs on my computer. Restarted my computer after about 5 minutes and when i tried to reconnect the same prompt came up. After about 12-13 mins i was able to load in but i had 160 ping as apposed to my usual 75-80 ping. Also, one my teammates was also disconnected. Looking on Riot Support twitter i saw that other people were also having the same problem. Lost some LP so pretty unlucky.
