heimer turrets block Ashe of her passive slow on them making it also block all her crits since she no longer normally crits making it harder just to drop them in like 2 hits she does low damage (unless u wanna waist abilities for them)

deathbydigre1 votesyeah but that does not stop riot from making a rewrite that makes it auto proc if movement is 0 or make it apply but do nothing (like it should if movement is 0) and then just give the auto crits just not just block the whole main aspect of the champ that gives her main damage.
MisterHealYoGirl1 votesI'm not saying that nothing should be done about it, just that since her attacking immoblie targets is a pretty niche case (Baron does have a movement speed, even if it never moves), and so it was probably overlooked. I'm also not sure this is too impactful; even if she takes longer to kill them, she outranges them, so they're not harassing her back.

deathbydigre1 voteswhen u look at the statistics its a 10% or more damage reduction that's a pretty high damage to be ignored due to a failure of applying the cc to deal more damage.
