Can't click in many games, have to reconnect.

In about 60% of the games I play I get this odd bug that makes it so that I can not click at all while tabbed into the game that is currently going on, this drastically effects my game for multiple reasons and I have absolutely no clue while it's happening. When it happens, I'm forced to Alt+F4 as I cant click the leave game button. One of my friends as had this same exact problem on their PC as well. If this is only our computers could someone please explain why this happens and how we can fix it.

An example of stuff that this causes:

1. I HAVE been flamed for DCing on multiple occasions.
2. I am a Jungle main and this bug throws all the games that I get them in. (Although I don't play ranked enough for this to be a problem to me, people will lose LP because of this.)

If this does turn out to be a 'real bug' that isn't caused by my computer it needs to be fixed asap. If this is only our computers could someone please explain why this happens and how we can fix it.
