Game lasted long enough for items to be available, certainly 4 kills should warrant some items, but appears the buy script logic checks for boots, since with the new passive no boots, it never buys anything besides the doran's ring.
Impact - Easier bot game

the rule is against naming and shaming.
he isnt calling anyone out, he isnt even sharing an embarrassing screenshot of anyone. he´s just posting a bug.
FormationX3 votesYou have to edit your comment so you don't be taken down for the same rule.
Riotmoonstones2 votesUpdated Cass shouldn't need boots because she now gets movement speed per level. She actually is locked out from buying boots for this reason! She is a snake, after all. ;)

Icestar11868 votesI believe the actual question was about why the bot never got any items. They were suggesting the inability to buy boots as a possible cause.
Riotmoonstones3 votesHmm. Okay, lemme check in with the peeps who handle bots!
cocacolalips1 votesPls KateyKhaos, the bots are still buying boots enchantments after the patch. Cheating is against the ToS. Ban the bots pls.
DorkunedAuras1 votesDamn, riot totally missed that.
