Mastery Page

I've been having an issue with my mastery page. It happens suddenly whenever I start a match. Example: I went adc with MF and i was running 18/12/0 since it's the new season. When I run lolskill on myself for the match, it states that I'm running 0/12/18 but that my keystone mastery is still with Warlords Bloodlust and I can see the difference in game such as my starting atk damage to be 66 with doran's blade. Is there something wrong with my client or my mastery page?

Also, I have tried deleting my mastery page and starting a brand new one and it still registers that I am running 0/12/18 during the match. Please Help!
