Xerath Ultimate
My brother was playing Xerath in a normals game when he realized whenever he ulted, his first shot would go directly on himself making it useless. Hope it gets fixed as it can decide a game to lean either way.

Tell your brother to not click R on himself. the first projectile from his ultimate fires off on where his cursor is in the beginning
