Miss Fortune forever holding the smoking gun

So, I've noticed this visual bug quite a while but recently noticed its still happening so I figured I would report on it. On the mafia MF skin (I don't specifically think it happens on other skins, not quite sure) I've noticed after a few ult pops her only one of her guns will let off smoke for the rest of the game essentially. This smoke only comes from one gun and persists while walking normally. This only occurs after the bullet time ultimate. I would take a screenshot but my PC doesent specifically like to take any in full screen games without the aid of third party software. I wanted to call attention to see if anyone else has noticed this happening?
