[CLIENT] Overview Not Showing Abilities Description

In recent patches I've noted that the brief description of the abilities in the Overview screen (in champ preview) when you hover the mouse on their icons is no longer there, forcing you to see the Abilities screen which takes more time. Was this intentional? I've found it useful many times, specially in ARAM when you quicly have to learn or recall your abilities.
