LOL game does not open just crashed

When I open the game and try to play it, i get upto champion select but then in the loading screen it crashes and I cannot do anything after that, with a extremely high risk of getting reported, luckily i was with my friends so it didn't happen that time, but they are now unhappy with this as I am. This forces me to do this as I have reinstalled LOL multiple times, and every time after a few games, it messes up and I can't play and I am in game. Please help me with this issue

This just happened to a buddy of mine after the champ select his game Bug Splatted and then he relogged and it wouldn't let him join then started telling him if he doesn't reconnect he will lose his series when hes in Normals... Ever since Patch 6.6 Crashes have been happening really frequently. I bug Splatted the other day then crashed when i relogged and I couldn't get in the game till 4 mins in. My buddy that just happened to couldn't even rejoin and I'm sure the team didn't listen to me when i told them what happened and reported him anyway.

Turn off / unquarantine lol launcher in Avast

I'm getting crashes randomly through games starting today as well, apparently it can't make an error dump and crashes league, it cost me a ranked game and i can't play anything now without it happening :/
