Right side of client missing for over 2 months now

So hey guys, I've been trying to find a fix for the bugged client with the right side being completely blanked out and i can't chat with anyone, even in match selection and it's a really game breaking bug and it's really bothering me, i think its only on some accounts, i tried using the repair button a couple of times and it still hasn't fixed the issue, if anyone knows anything please help a summoner out :) Thanks.
