Rank Difference is to high to play Rank Flex

So me and my friends play 3s and we tried to do a ranked but we cant cause its says someone has a high rank difference but its the new season and everything restarted, i was Gold in 5s but that was last season and that didnt effect us from playing ranked in 3s. But now we cant, any help or anyone else with the same problems.
