Galactic Azir Auto-attack Flail

I was playing Teemo with a player who was Galactic Azir. While we were wave-clearing, every few seconds Azir would start flailing back and forth over and over really fast until he stopped auto-attacking. This glitch happened throughout the ENTIRE GAME. I am not exactly sure if the attacks did damage while they were glitching, but I don't think they did.
