Forfeit at 15 Bug [GAMEPLAY]

We were beating a team pretty badly and they had an AFK. At 15 minutes the 5 of them decided to ff at 15 minutes and the notification popped up saying "Blue Team agreed to surrender with 5 votes for and 0 against" at [15:21]. Normally this would end the game right there but this time is didn't. Instead they had to ff again at time [20:44] with a vote of 4 for and 0 against.

I do not have the steps to re--create this bug seeing as I was not on the team, so if anything I would take a look into the game specifically and see what code did not activate. This has only happened once for me but I feel that such an important bug to help players save time should be looked at.
