Hi! I've logged into league this morning to claim the daily gift for league's 10th anniversary and i cant seem to be able to collect it yet. Has it not started yet? I did play a game today too.

The daily mission spawns at 13:00 PDT which is 21:00 for EUW or 22:00 for EUNE.

Finally someone who can explain it in a normal fking way In my country we dont use AM or PM or any of the BST PDT CEST it does nothing but cause confusion. 21:00 is at least something all people fking know.

The 12-hour clock is a time convention in which the 24 hours of the day are divided into two periods: a.m. (from Latin ante meridiem, translates to, "before midday") and p.m. (from Latin post meridiem translates to, "after midday"). This doesn't have anything to do with timezones.

From 00:00 to 11:59 AM is a 12-hour AM (before midday) period and 12:00 to 23:59 is the 12-hour PM (after midday) period. Of course it's not a mistake to just use the 24-hour period clock if that's easier for you. Analog clocks (wrist watches, wall clocks, etc.) usually tell time in 12-hour periods too.

Timezones are different. Timezones divide the whole globe in segments, theoretically in 24 parts (1 hour per timezone). But in reality, there are timezones that are 30 or 45 minutes apart so there's more than 24 but we don't need to be concerned about that.

PDT is the timezone in which Riot is situated at, which means Pacific Daylight Time. Timezones are oriented around UTC which stands for Coordianted Universal Time. Timezones are also written like this "PDT (UTC -7)" which means "from UTC, PDT timezone is seven hours behind".

My country is in the CEST (UTC +2) timezone (Central European Summer Time) which means that, combining it with PDT (UTC -7), Riot's 7 hours behind but we're 2 hours ahead of UTC. In total, CEST is 9 hours ahead of PDT.

Riot does convert their time in your local client's time but for this announcement, it just says "begins in 17/10" without a specific time so many people just expected to log in at exact date and start getting the rewards.

It really annoys me everytime. It's available at night and they say 10/17. Why don't they just say 10/18? It's few hours differnce anyways and they do the same thing with events. They say x day and it's available one hour before the other day. Why don't they like mornings?

My guess is that we'll get them the same time as we always get new skins aka. 10 PM CEST aka. late as hell for European players because fuck European players :)

That shows how unprofessional RIOT is. On many other games rewards are sent depending on the region you are on, independent from other regions. I don t get it why we need to wait that long it s ridiculous. Each region should have a specific time or make it be the same time in all regions like 10 AM for example in all regions instead of releasing an event globally regardless the time across multiple regions because for some regions will be late AF.

I totally agree. Riot is unprofessional as heck at this point. It was the same with the anniversary Stream which was at 23:30 my time.

NA is always preferred instead of picking a better time for EUW Player they just don't give a fuck about them*[zombie-brand-mindblown]*

Welp, I give up. I tried for about 5 min to come up with some way to side with rito, but I just can't. to start their stream at the same time CEST that they actually started it PDT, they would only have had to start their stream at 0900 (9 AM) PDT, which isn't that bad. All my quick research into how rito scheduled this anniversary event just led me to understand how brutally fked their scheduling actually was

Bruh AM/PM is pretty simple to understand AM=00.01-12.00. PM=12.01-00.00

the timezones you just google and a clock shows up that shows current time in that zone.

The first day reward lighted up for me (seemingly as if it was available), it says complete a mission, I did daily win+another one of the worlds mission and nothing happened. Im not one to complain but it said it started today (17-10-2019 or 10-17-2019) and I don't want to miss any of the days. Anyone knows if theres an error or am I doing sometihng wrong?

If we're going according to na can they at least give us an accurate date for once? They keep going oh you'll get the rewards or x skin comes out on x date but when its x date in na it's y date in eune. Give us accurate dates and times that align with na
