Bugs Bugs and More Bugs

In all my years of playing this game, I've never seen so many critical bugs happen live and right after a patch no less. This is crazy electrocute is broken but I had no idea so I went into a ranked game and loss partly because of that large chunk of missing damage. The death recap is also in shambles what is going on lol.
