Gameplay bug with Zed

I was playing a game of League as Zed and was against a Nidalee in lane. I was fighting the Nidalee and I used my ultimate on her. After I used my ult, disappeared, and was supposed to re-appear, my character never re-appeared and I was invisible and could not see my champion model until I used an ability again. I saw a video where this happened to Shiphtur and it looked exactly like what happened to me.
