Sion Passive Bug Has Blocked my LAST CS (GAMEPLAY ISSUE)

Pretty cut and dry, I noticed this when playing as a top lane Nasus against a Sion. Whenever I was able to kill him and popped his passive i noticed that wherever his passive ended (i.e. wherever Sion died the second time after being reanimated) his body would block or impede my ability to click creeps. It almost felt like the reanimation was superimposed over the rest of the environment as creeps wouldn't even glow when right clicked or scrolled over.

Not sure if this is specific to this matchup but I can attest that q farm was lost as a result. What is it they say... The best offense is a good defense ;)
