All My Preset Items Are Gone and Client Keeps Crashing

Title basically says it. A lot of my friend's presets are gone too, some of them still have them. Last thing I know I was playing a game, client crashed during it (thank god I was in a 5 pre) and when I got back on, all my stuff is gone.

My client also keeps crashing, while loading in to a game, while in game, or at the sign in screen.
