QUEUE TIMES

This is dumb as hell... I'm in 9-13 min queue times in flex and solo (no time penalty) and half the time when I get into a game, finally, I'm either autofilled or off-role. I'f I'm gonna get auto filled or my secondary the que should be A LOT shorter. I don't mind waiting 5 or 6 min for my role, but an additional 6 to get a role I suck at is pointless and a waste of time.
