Creep Score Changing Frequently

Hello,

I played a game of normals with Gangplank a few minutes ago and it was at about 30 minutes when I first noticed this bug, my CS on the top right was changing frequently. Around every 30seconds-1min my Creep Score changes to about 40-50 less CS than my actual score. It happened all the way until the end of the game, I was around 480-490 CS by 45 minutes and at the last moment it changed back to 430 CS, the results at the end of the game also says that I've only gotten 430 CS. I haven't noticed CS changing on any other champs but Gangplank. Is anyone else having this issue?

Update: I played a GP game in a custom game 1v1 to test (howling abyss). The CS went fine until the very end, the CS went down by around 25.

I noticed one game where an enemy jungle Lee Sin had 12 CS at about the 20-minute mark. I was wondering wtf...how did he go that long without CSing at all? I saw him in the bot lane safely farming and his numbers slowly rising... 12...13...14...15... and then I looked at the scoreboard not even three minutes (teamfight before the next dragon) later to see that his CS had ballooned up to about 130. I'm wondering if this isn't a similar case.
