Tried everything - Bugsplat issue

I have been getting a bugsplat after champion select in every single game i get into since the patch 6.15. I cant get into games. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried updating graphics/visual drivers. I have added new rules to firewall allowing league to work. Been looking through countless board posts about this and it seems like everyone only gets a bunch of pages that "maybe" could work but its hit and miss. I'm getting really tired of not being able to play. I need an actual fix. Not another maybe.
