Client chat bug/ champion selection chat always reconecting

So in the lobby i can't open the messeges i click and nothing happens, i double click on friends and it does not open. And this occured two days ago and i cant figure out why. And a second think that i notice is that some friends dont show up and they see me online but i dont see them. my discord name is chrisvasd#6249 if someone knows something i would appreciate. I would post any updates if i find any solution thanks for your time
