Twitsted Treeline Bugs

I believe that Riot doesn't give enough attention to Twisted Treeline. Not only has it been in Beta forever, but there are a few bugs that haven't been fixed. The big one i need them to fix is the smite bug. Sometimes you get 2 charges and sometimes u don't. Maybe there is a way to get a 2nd charge every time that i don't know about, but that is still a bug. The second smaller bug is the way minions will follow you and WILL NOT STOP until you go into a bush. Maybe there are more but these two really bother me. Hopefully somebody notices :) thank you.
