Bugsplat Error 2k18 ?!

Good day Riot this is EmbraceThyEvil from EUNE. I would like to express a concern of mine regarding maybe a softwarre-techinical nature problem . . . maybe ? So, I joined a game today, went into the lobby, picked champion and all, and then it just crashed ( bugsplat, send a report etc. ) At first I didn't mind since it happened again in the past so ok I took a leaver/remake, repair of client and loss of LP. RIP Next game it was all normal. I played the game, won and tried to proceed on my next game. On my next game however, the same bugsplat thing happened which lead to another leaver/remake game, loss of LP, and Low priority queue for 5 games RIP x3

I would appreciate it, if you find a solution to my problem and gift me something as a good-faith item worth of 2 games LP
